Order Amendments
The Kings Furniture team will email you a sales confirmation as soon as we get your order, verifying every detail of it. A later time will be used to confirm your delivery date. As soon as the specifics of your order are verified, we will schedule delivery and begin production. If you would like to modify your order, please get in touch with the customer support team by phone at or by email . After a full day of ordering, you may cancel your order, but you will be charged 30% of the purchase price to cover any production and administrative charges. The delivery schedules will be reset upon an order amendment.
Get access
It is your duty to make sure that your property will fit the furniture you ordered. It is crucial that you measure the area exactly where your furniture will be positioned and take into account the path our delivery team will take to get there. Delivery time estimates
Although we are unable to provide an exact delivery date at this time, we strive to deliver all of our products within 10–14 business days. Although they are not guarantees, the shipping estimates provided on this website can be used to set a realistic expectation for when your order will arrive. We'll work really hard to stick to the deadlines we stated. In the unlikely event that we fall short of this goal, you will be informed as soon as possible. There may be further delivery delays for deliveries to more rural parts of the United Kingdom.
Delivery timing and pricing
We deliver from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Delivery time and date will always be arranged in advance with you. We provide all of our clients with free shipping. There may occasionally be a minor delivery fee for certain rural areas. At the time of checkout, any applicable surcharges will be added. Delivery confirmation
Once your order is scheduled for delivery, a member of our staff will get in touch with you to discuss a day and time that work best for you to get your order, our delivery schedule, the capacity of our van, and availability in your region. Customers must sign a receipt confirming receipt and acceptance of the products, and they must be present at the delivery address.
Unsuccessful delivery
We retain the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery (may vary in remote places) if you are not accessible in person to collect on the delivery day and the time window we have agreed upon. Every redelivery will be considerate of your local area's availability, vehicle capacity, and our rolling delivery schedule. If a delivery is unsuccessful, the indicated delivery timeframes will reset. If the bed frame cannot be moved up the stairs on the day that your bed installation is scheduled, this will be considered a failed delivery and you will be charged a minimum of £60 for a redelivery in addition to the cost of modifying or recreating the bed components that are not able to be delivered up the stairs.
Delivery checks
For us, quality comes first. Each product we ship out is put through a thorough quality evaluation and is double-checked to make sure it still matches the specs you ordered. Although they are uncommon, errors or damage can occur, so we ask that you inspect your products when they are delivered. It will be necessary for you to attest and sign that the things you received were in perfect condition and met your specifications. When you check them, if you're not entirely satisfied, please write it on the delivery form and contact our customer care staff as soon as you can so we can resolve the matter for you.
Returns after delivery
All of the items that leave our store are custom-made to your requirements. Therefore, unless an item is defective or wrong, we do not accept returns of made-to-order items. Within 14 days of delivery, please get in touch with our customer care staff if you discover that you are dissatisfied with the quality or that we delivered you the incorrect item. We will work to either address your concerns or make it easier for you to return the item. In order to provide you with an appropriate plan of action, we could ask you to email us pictures or videos of any damaged or defective areas. Please make sure the item is sent back in the same state that it was received. You will be responsible for the cost of having the item repaired to get it back to its original state if it is not received in the same condition as when it was received. Mattresses that have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. It will not matter if the right mattress is received—this principle will be strictly adhered to. Please make sure you have the correct size and kind of mattress before opening it. Every mattress is shipped in packaging made of transparent plastic and polythene. After delivery, an item will be recorded as a return if it cannot be carried up the stairs. The new parts will not be delivered until all outstanding charges for redelivery and adjustment have been settled. The order will be canceled and recorded as a return once it is delivered if the unpaid balance is not paid within 14 days of the request. Refunds
As soon as your item is back in stock, we will initiate the refund procedure. Orders that are returned unfulfilled within 14 days of notification will be reimbursed. With the exception of our 30% purchase price administrative charge, we will reimburse the whole purchase price. Refunds for delivered but returned orders will be issued within 14 business days of our receiving the returned item. With the exception of our £100 per order collection and restocking fee, we will reimburse 60% of the purchase price. The purchase price will be reduced by the restocking fee, and the leftover amount will be used to compute the 60% refund. If the product we sent is defective or wrong, you won't be charged for the delivery of a replacement part. However, if you decide to return the item rather than exchange it, regular fees will be charged as the item would be considered shipped and returned. You will receive a refund on the card or payment method you used to place your order due to security concerns.
Dimensions
We make a lot of our products by hand just for you. Because of this, measurements for the sizes listed may differ by +/- 8%. If available space and fit are critical factors, please get in touch with our customer support staff to make sure the item is suitable for its intended use. Measurements that are off by any amount cannot be held against us.
Fabric requests
Any of our many premium fabric options are available for any of our upholstered goods. Our fabrics differ in terms of composition, color, texture, and durability. Additionally, fabrics will look different in person than they do online due to differences in screen resolutions and technology. We can therefore send out up to seven samples of the textiles before you place an order, in the aim of a seamless experience with Kings Furniture. There is no cost for this service. Since we allow customers to inspect the textiles through our sample service before placing an order, we will not accept returns for apparent differences between the fabric depicted and the fabric you receive on your bed.
